Fujimaru is your average adolescent boy – horny and girl-crazed. Like many boys his age, he enjoys spending ‘alone time’ in the bathroom with erotic magazines, doing… you know. Unlike many boys his age, Fujimaru has a demon incubus, Rei, lurking about his house. Rei wants nothing more than to feed off of Fujimaru’s perverted mind! Now Fujimaru’s life has become strained with being a normal boy whose raging hormones are the source of a demonic incubus’s food.

A steamy plot for a yaoi, and surprisingly unique. You would have thought the whole “Incubus needs boy lust to live” thing would have been done many a time in the yaoi arena, but apparently not so much. As such, it felt different despite packing in a fair few yaoi cliches, and the Incubus element led to some… interesting… ‘situations’.

The characters had distinctive personalities and good interaction, but disappointingly the background and depth that was hinted at was never developed, i felt like the story should have had a few extra chapters to fill in the back stories. I particularly wanted the succubus-turned-boy and supernatural mike’s relationship to be developed in a side story. Plus the younger brother was never gone into with much detail despite the protagonist putting such emphasis on him as a character.

The art was interesting and the seme nice to look at. Couldn’t always say the same for the uke though. I don’t like ukes that look like girls, but nor do i like ones that look so… normal. I don’t read manga to see more normal people. I see plenty of them on a daily basis as it is.

But yeah, overall, a decent yaoi, worth reading for the steam and interesting plot concept. 4/5. -1 for the lack of finishing pizazz.
